Camping in the Deep Dark Woods...

For the past 2 years in the summer time, a group of us go camping at a Provincial Park. We all drop the wifi for an entire 5 days as we have to entertain ourselves the old fashion way. The boys take the tent while the girls take the tent trailer and we have the hostess's mother supervising us throughout the trip. We play board and card games, the most popular was Trouble and Pass the Ace, as well as have deep conversations around the campfire telling scary stories that haunt us for years to come, or playing Truth or Dare in the tent before bed.

The meals are amazing as well, we would hot dogs, grilled cheeses, pizza sandwiches and many more! Don't even get me started on the snacks too. When camping you never go hungry, but you could never loose weight either.

Creatures always try to join the party, which makes things crazy sometimes. Raccoon are nocturnal so they only liked to visit at night and after hearing some scary stories, they definitely were not invited. They would rustle through out dishes which was right next to my bed in the trailer, and they would fight on the tarp next to the boys tent so we were all silently crying as we thought Goatman was coming to get us. Don't know Goatman? Read this: Goatman Story. Typically in the story there was always a different amount of people in the room, and we always had people coming and going so we were terrified when we forgot someone came to join us during the day due to their work schedules while we were camping, though we concluded nobody was Goatman.

Every day we would find a new adventure. Sometimes we would go to the beach which was freezing because we live in Canada, or we would play a huge game of take around the camp ground, or hike to the park store to buy ice cream and candy. The group of us are well known by the end of the trip as we love to make people laugh. We could also be heard from a mile away.

In all, our adventures are never forgotten, and I know that anyone reading this may not particularly care, but if you try this out with your friends, you would defiantly agree that it is an amazing experience worth sharing. Being teenagers with this kind of freedom feels amazing, and the bonding is unreal :)

Friendliest Friends...

Friends mean the world to me, and I cherish every moment I spend with them. My friend group  consists of 8 girls, to whom I love unconditionally. Like all friend groups, some are closer than others but in the end we all get along. Drama happens, but we have made a policy that all avoidable drama will not be part of our lives. Therefore, we have stuck together all 4 years of high school and hopefully for many more to come!! Now this is not my first blog, I used to use Piczo a lot and I've tried other websites but I hope to stick to this blog unlike my past ones. I love to share stories, give advice and so on, and blogs are a great way of doing this since your talking to anonymous people who may share the same interests! Anyways, thanks for reading xx.
